ive been emailing my local Level 2 judge to make arrangements. You need to judge at least 2 events every 6 months (i think) to maintain your judgeship. And pass a "personality exam" of sorts.

It won't be happening anytime soon just because I'm too busy to maintain it right now. Maybe after I'm done with school, but then it depends on what kinda job I get.

I think we all know I'd pass the personality test with flying colors... Maybe

If I have {vampire nocturnus} and the top card is {dreadbore} does he get the bonus? My opponent said no and I couldn't find anything specific to argue with.

Yes; cards are all colors within their mana cost (not flashback...{Lingering Souls} is not black). So yes dreadbore is black and red.

This is also the same for split mana cards like {Dryad Militant}. It is both green and white.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of starting a little series for myself (It sounds fun in my head) that involves getting the iMTG community to form a deck based on a deck idea. I plan to do any format really.

It'll be called 'Let's Build A Deck!'

What are your thoughts on this?

Sweet. That's what I told him but he didn't believe me. I wasn't really sure since I don't use nocturnus. It just came up after I stole it with conscripts to take away the bonus from his vampires so I could bonfire him and swing. It actually mattered though because he ended up with 2 life since he didn't believe dreadbore was a black card lol
