Rooftop storm and back for the brink

Can I use {rooftop storms}' ability with {back from the brink} to bring back zombies from the graveyard for 0?

no because you're not actually casting them from your graveyard, just "sort of" casting them.  {Rooftop Storm} doesn't change the casting cost, which is what {Back from the Brink} looks at.  It just gives you an alternate cost.

A) I just spent the past couple months logging every card I own, from Innistrad to Odyssey.

B) I only remember the useful combo pieces. I don't remember every {Glory Seeker} and {Hill Giant} out there.

C)  That combo's already in my Dead of Knight deck in Causal.

Although if you want something you could bring to FNM, {Rooftop Storm} and {Gravecrawler} are a good match. Especially with a sac outlet.
