{Jokulhaups} totally cripples the opponent long enough for {Lilliana Vess} to do her thing

{Damnation} leaves the opponent an avenue to get creatures on the BF and do other mischief as she is ramping up

I would include {Damnation} as a stop gap if {Jokulhaups} isn't readily available to cast

I'd probably go with the classic {Nevinyrral's Disk} in case they have enchantments you need to deal with.
