Gutter grime?

Hey, so for whatever reason I'm really excited to use {gutter grime} with rtr coming. I've never used it before but I think it could be a beast in green/black. But I've been wrong before so I was hoping to get input from some people on here before I go out and try to find a playlet and build a deck for it. Is the card good enough or not?

Well just buy a play set now Cus it's so cheap and if it's good it will go up so I have nothing to lose
