Blank card with black border

Pulled a blank card with black border in a booster the other day.  Im stationed over seas and was wondering if I would be able to send it back to Wizards for a booster or replacement card.

Actually, I think wizards would be interested in getting this card because it can be used to create false cards. Besides, it is your right to have all cards in the booster, so I think yeah, they will replace it, probably with a booster

Good stuff,  fortunately it didn't cost me a card,  the booster had all 15 and the blank was just and addition.
