Im not sure what the word redundant means in this case but {Bloodbond march} would only trigger when casting so doesnt work this combo either.

You can't sac the creature to the ooze if you already sac'd it to the fling.

No, but you can sac it to the ooze then {fling} the creature later. But if fling finishes off your opponent, then you don't need the ooze.
