Stamps

Besides the ridiculous prices for them now, Im curious about something. Has anyone(in the USA) bought from a post office and had it print horizontal, black and white stamps, with a bar code on them?

If so, should those be treated the same as normal ones? They were .45 c forever stamps supposedly.

Curious because likely to mail out a few trades soon.

If USPS gave them to you then just use them as normal.
