Shift isn't bad, it's just a card that is bad if your deck doesn't play around it. Use it with {Laboratory Maniac}? GG folks

Terrible as they are, I'm sure there's far worse. Now, if we're discussing "worst by rarity," however...

Ya there are worse vanillas but these are the fillet miniongn of bad vanillas.
