 {Vizkopa Guildmage} can I use first ability twice on two different creatures on begining of my turn or opponent turn?

I played in demo Magic 2013 with red deck. I had on battlefield  {Dragon Hatchling} and why I cannot use his ability any time but only before play land?

you have to tap a land to activate the ability, so as long as you have an untapped land you can use the ability. As to when that ability can be used, that is anytime you can play an instant.

No, no. In game U don't tap mana. It goes automaticly. In game I can use this ability (ofcourse if I have free red mana) before playin land from my hand. Only in this phase or before attacking phase.

Edit: I can use ability after tap creature to attack opponent.

Returning to {Blood Reckoning} there is not written that controller of attacking creatures get -1 life for each attacking creature but only -1 for this action and doesn't matter if he or she attack with 5 or 1 creature, right?

Yeap, so there is no creature that will not trigger  {Blood Reckoning} in attack phase.

It only triggers when a creature is declared as an attacker. The angel token {Geist of St Traft} creates was a good example. Another one is {Kaalia of the Vast}; whatever creature she puts into play with her effect won't trigger it.

Yes but before Kaalia put creature she must attack (if I'm not wrong) and after this controler loose one life. I was asking about creature on battlefield with effect like Kaalia but without put this creature to attack.

The angel will not trigger the reckoning since it wasnt declared an attacker, it is made already attacking

But Geist is attacking...

When player target attack me with  {Reckless Brute} he loose 1 life when I have  {Blood Reckoning}?
