Seer is bad against decks that run thragtusk. You make them lose 5 life for recealing it (that is, IF you don't make them flip a land...very possible). Then they gain it back when they cast it. Yay for giving your opponent more goodstuff.
I can see this card as the top curve in an esper delver deck though. IF they right tempo cards are printed. Make your opponent lose life constantly, while swinging with delvers (that you can reanimate with {Orzhov Charm}.

Omg I love that card! That's insane. No matter what, you get something out of it. Either extra land or a useable card! Only thing that would suck would be to reveal a counter. I am making a green blue omniscience deck. This is DEFINATELY GOING IN IT!
