Even though she is your commander and her damage is tracked as if she is the same creature, as far as her ability is concerned she is a new creature.

This means that he card pool is restricted to the cards that she has exiled "this time around".

Exactly right. Here is the ruling in case anyone wants it:

400.7.: An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence. There are eight exceptions to this rule:

You should test it. Sounds like a great idea that just hasn't been discovered yet. You just have to run mainboard counters to languish befause the wb decks all play 4 of them mb.

{Cavern of Souls} gets past chalice. {Qasali Pridemage} is always a good pick.

Use the app to filter all cards that are creatures CMC 1-3 that have the subtype Druid. That's a good place to start!

In short, yes you are correct. Everything dies. Long answer:

For reference in this post I'm making:
{Hornet Queen}
{Worldspine Wurm}
{Spreading Plague}

Ok, so first Hornet Queen enters and her ETB goes on the stack. The Plague triggers last since the triggers of whomever's turn it is Triggers first. Because the stack reaolves in reverse order, Plauge resolves first, leaving Queen as the only creature on the battlefield (Worldspine Wurm dies to Plague before the HQ's ability resolves).

Wurm triggers, and the wurms enter.

HQ resolves. 5 tokens enter. Each of those tokens enter at the same time, after the wurm etb resolves. so Plague can't do anything until they are all on the field. Once HQ resolves, Plague triggers 8 times (once for each token).

The first one resolves, killing everything green but one token. This token is now the only thing on the battlefield. However, there are still 4 triggers on Plague. The tokens dying does not remove the ability of Plague, because when a creature dies it is remembered as the last state it was in while on the battlefield. The charicteristic "green" is remembered by Plague's ability.

Once the next trigger resolves, there is nothing left on the battlefield, but there are still 6 triggers on Plague to kill all green creatures that are not the one that just died (so all of them on the battlefield). These triggers can be responded to just like normal triggers, but if you just let them resolve nothing will happen because there are no more creatures to destroy.

So, there's your answer. This example highlights another similar scenario:

If you cast {Cloudshift} on your creature in response to Plague's ability, your creature will be exiled, returned, and then it will die to Plague's ability because it is considered a new object, and Plague remembers the characteristics of the old one.

Personally I would go with 2 {Jace, Vyrn's Prodigy} to recast important spells.

I like your list btw. Really creative idea. I like that you can cast {Reflector Mage} and {Clutch of the Currents} 2 turns later for awaken and then recast mage!

Ah, Kaylesh beat me to it! But to go off of what he said, think of it like this: you can still target an indestructable creature with {Doom Blade}, even though {Doom Blade} will not destroy it. Same concept with counterspells. You can target an uncounterable spell like {Abrupt Decay} or {Supreme Verdict} with a counterspell, even though it fails to counter the spell when it resolves.

So, why would you try to counter an uncounterable spell? Same reason you might cast {Ruinous Path} for its awaken cost on an indestructable creature: you still get the spell's other effects (the ones that work). So if I cast {Remand} targeting your {Abrupt Decay}, your {Abrupt Decay} does not get countered (and therefore does not return to your hand). BUT you DO draw a card.

4 of blighted fen is one of the best things about this. Gives it so much control power without any effort. Good job. Have you thought of {To the Slaughter} for maindeck or side? Against any sort of control or midranage running gideon, sorin, or chandra, or thing in the ice it is very good.

If you run Pia you might like {Hangarback Walker}. It is also amazing at getting you delerium.

Yes to both. When you cast an X spell, you declare what x is before costs are paid. Any cost-reducing effects then apply. If you have turn 1 {Eye of Ugin}, you can play {Endless One} for 2.

I can see  {Helvault} being included due to its importance to Innistrad's lore and the upcoming sets.
The advertisement says the cards will be ones known for their power and history, so I don't think cards that are only known for history/lore will be included ({Helvault}), nor cards that are only known for being powerful (sorry {Snapcaster Mage}). I think {Griselbrand} might see an appearance. He is both very powerful (vintage staple), and represents a story.

To clarify further, the battlefield has no sides. There is one battlefield that both players use. Changing control of a creature does not equal that creature changing zones, because the battlefield is one zone for both players to share. It just seems like two zones because each player keeps their cards that they own/control on one side. But it is in fact one zone. Commander cards only get placed back to the command zone if that card would have changed zones. So, as the previous poster said, taking control of someone else's commander is fair game.

I am going to be quitting Magic. It's been a blast, but I mainly played it because I had a close friend who played it, and doing things with friends is what I like best. But ever since I moved to Texas I have found myself playing online and my cards just sit there in my room. I wasted a lot of time playing a game that I enjoyed mainly for the social interactions, only without the social interactions! I have a job that keeps me busy, and I want to {channel} my income and time into becoming a writer/director. I can get 1k in cash for my cards, easy, which will help me buy a motorcycle, and Ican set half aside for an emergency savigs fund. I realize it's time for me to stop playing games and to start living life. I know some people that can do both, but I'm not one of those people. I'll be deleting this app after I post this. Special shout-out to the mods who make this forum great, and Piotr who made this great forum.
