Chalice first says no Teag...

Nitpick: They can still cast their CMC 1-3 spells (and 0-cost spells!), the Chalices will just have to do their thing.

Trini doesn't change anything with how Teeg looks at spells.  It just adds extra required payment, but doesn't change the Converted Mana Cost of the spell, which is what Teeg cares about.

Yup, correct. The CMC isn't changed, so chalice won't trigger.
