I did not ping him for putting his side of te conversation. I pinged him because I somewhat dislike him, but mostly because I dislike him saying that he did not realize he was accusing, only defending himself. His attitude was of harassment, and I think he is either lying by saying that, or just being somewhat ignorant. My ping wasn't unnecessary, it was a show of my opinion and personal bias. Although I did +1 you, slender, it wasn't even because of the trial situation. It was just because of you staying cool when someone said you got unreasonable pings, if I could I would deal punishment to both involved in this trial, but according to the forum rule I am not a victim, therefore cannot prescribe punishment. I also think deleting posts is a bad solution, other users should have the right to see that you guys have/had a tendency to childish behavior and maybe have some problems in some trades. It would be better to have a simple apology posted underneath. And you really care too much about karma... It is just a number, in an Internet forum, which doesn't represent anything in your life

If you replicate the spell, you aren't casting it again from the library, just copying it. The paragon's last ability won't trigger because the conditions are not met

What about  {Spell Contortion}?
I know the CMC wouldn't allow it, but a similar effect could have you draw infinite cards if you wanted?

Won't it use the last valid reference? Like when you make 2 creatures fight and one of them does dies before the fight, and it uses the last information of the creature on the field?
