if a creature is cast for the morph and gets destroyed does it count as being turned over or does the creature just die?

You could just use a Diabolic Tutor and not sac your other creatures.

Standard, no I don't think so. You could try to make  {Prowler's Helm} work if it's the unblockable your looking for.
