Still denying your true identity? Just curious.

Your real name in cancellation email I received from PayPal is the same as Kuberr's. We have more evidence that you are Kuberr's account. You have broken iMtG law in the past, and the restitution part of your punishment was not dealt, you are still guilty of stealing from members of this forum. I'm stripping you of your Patronage.

However, it never hurts to err on the side of caution. As long as both parties can work through this maturely; I don't see any issues arising from future and current trades. However, if it comes to light that Ertai is indeed Kubber, those previously scammed by Kubber do deserve justice (in some form or fashion). Right?

To be completely honest, even if someone is a known scammer, if they send first and you receive and confirm contents, the only way to get scammed is fake cards at that point so I see no reason to worry. As long as he is willing to send first on condition of his end doesn't fly until their cards are received then should be fine.

No, you have been linked to a known scammer directly and indirectly. It's not baseless speculation, it's fact.
Impossible.

Still waiting for proof.
Absolutely none. And that doesn't mean a picture of someone who may look like me. That is not proof.
You want to make it right, repay all those people, but we know that's not going to happen. Prove us wrong, then we will talk.
