To be completely honest, even if someone is a known scammer, if they send first and you receive and confirm contents, the only way to get scammed is fake cards at that point so I see no reason to worry. As long as he is willing to send first on condition of his end doesn't fly until their cards are received then should be fine.

However, it never hurts to err on the side of caution.  As long as both parties can work through this maturely; I don't see any issues arising from future and current trades.  However, if it comes to light that Ertai is indeed Kubber, those previously scammed by Kubber do deserve justice (in some form or fashion).  Right?

This is my opinion on it as well. I think that if everyone else wants to trade with him, you better message him and try and get some contact info or other forum that you guys can get on because I don't like someone like that being a part of a forum that has been wronged by him in the past. As someone who used to help out people away for crimes, this is similar and just because punishment isn't in the form of jail time, I think law says if x happens than the result is y, then no matter what the change of heart and mind is, it's too bad. They don't let off a kleptomaniac because they say they're going to change, or go into 15 retail stores and pay for their goods without stealing. It could be any minute that BAM there goes $150 in cards

Yes! I no longer have old PMS, but lolrus and I both remember thinking it was funny that my first trade had the same last name as Noah! (And soon to be my last name too!)

Edit: just found this in my sent box to solidfy Kuberr gave me that name.
