If rest in peace and creatures is board wiped by planar cleansing, does rest in peace trigger go off still on creatures that were wiped? I say yes friend says no. Ty

If {concerted effort} is on the battlefield will all creatures be considered enchanted thus getting the bump from {Fencer's Magemark}. I think no since its a global enchant?

If a 2/3 and a 4/3 block my 3/3 can I assign the damage to the 4/3 even though my friend declared the 2/3 is blocking first? He think I have to assign damage in order of blockers. Thanks
