Add {Blasting Station}, {Altar of Dementia} or some sort of sacrifice outlet to go for the win when you have Melira and a persistent creature in play.

Also, {Heartmender} is redundant with Melira in play.  I'd suggest dropping to 2-3.

Just Sayin'.

My favorite sac outlet is {mercy killing} on {twilight shepherd} because the killing will return to my hand and I can do it again. (evil cackle)

What I was getting at is that if you toss in a bit of mana ramp and a repeatable sac outlet, you could abuse the fact that your persist creatures keep coming back over and over for a forth turn win.  That's all.

Edit:  Heck, turn three if you play your cards right.  Yeah, I said it.   8)
