Cuz he is back under the name MetalMadMan and he is trying to reform his ways so to speak. He did some successful trades without anyone knowing who he really is until I tried securing a trade with him and figured out the truth when he sent me his address. I just did a trade with him and had him send me the stuff first. I would recommend the same for others.

And they're going to tell you the exact same thing I am now. When you're trading online it's always at your own risk. The most you can do is make this program put something up saying its at your own risk. Because it really is.
I'm no lawyer but if it was done right it's a contract. Contracts are binding.
Idk about you, but I don't see anywhere that you have to sign or initial. So it's not technically a binding contract.

Ok the couple of stickys really didn't answer it. It suggest for people not to lie steal blah blah blah. How do you think new laws come into effect. People get ripped off and someone has to intervene. To tell people to just not trade is silly. As you can see I have a total of 0 trades. But I would recommend people to be careful on trades. And I strongly recommend if they have the time and effort to try and right their injustice.

I am no lawyer but I have taken law classes, to include torts, which this could potentially fall under. The fact is that any agreement, written or verbal, is binding.....obviously a written agreement is easier to prove. Well just so happens that each one of these guys have an instant message from this thief with agreed terms and instructions to mail stuff to his house. That sort of circumstantial evidence is enough to get a police report created I am sure and I would wager that any inkling of trouble like that directed at the thief will persuade him to make things right.

This is a real crime it's called "theft" it's a new fangled thing that's been around since humans came around and started taking things that are not theirs to take and more recently we have these hard working people called law enforcement that catch and punish people who steal from others

One of my friends father is the head of the homocide deparment in our city and he told me that the increased rate of cyber crimes or crimes organized over the web led to a shift in the view of law enforces on such crimes (that`s at least what it is like in Germany) so if i were the guy ripping of all this people i would be scared because if more than 3 complains are filed against him at the police he could get into serious trouble.
