{Windfall}, {Whirlpool Drake}, {Dragon Mage}, {Dark Deal}, {Reforge the Soul}, and {Whispering madness} have similar effects
Also {Wheel of Fate} and maybe {Whirpool Warrior}
{Timetwister}
{Time Spiral}
{Day's Undoing}
Also {Memory Jar}, {Jace's Archivist}, and {Winds of Change}. Winds is super powerful in a Nekusar build.

My buddy built an extremely competitive Nekusar a couple months ago to combat my Arcum and we just have grindy as hell matches every Sunday. It's some of the best Magic I've ever played because we're so evenly matched. Just watch out for that {Omen Machine} 😉

99% of competitive Nek decks do not run Notion Thief. Consensus is "you cast it, you lose". It's very easy to lose track of how many cards you're drawing off it and then you deck yourself. This is why {Consecrated Sphinx} is better, as it is a "may" vs a mandatory effect...

I'm aware. Notion Thief also just straight-up loses to an opponent's Consecrated Sphinx. It's still a funny card to bring up in a topic about wheels. And it's probably still a fine card for UBx control shells, since in the worst case you can use your own kill spell on it to stop drawing cards when you don't want to deck out.
Also notion thief suicide is hilarious. Just end the game and start fresh. I hate when someone gets a ridiculous draw mechanic in edh. Rather just end the game instead of wait for 10 minutes as someone filters their deck for a combo
