Title: Multi colored and non colored
Post by: Oldschoolmtgnoob on October 16, 2014, 10:36:15 PM
i think I know the answer but that usually gets me into trouble.

If you use, say {hunter's ambush}, would that prevent damage from a multi colored creature with green in it, or not because it is, well, green as well as bla bla bla?

And for some ruling: 105.2a (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=105.2a): A monocolored object is exactly one of the five colors. 105.2b A multicolored object is two or more of the five colors. 105.2c A colorless object has no color.

car·bun·cle

/ˈkärˌbəNGk(ə)l/

noun

1. a severe abscess or multiple boil in the skin, typically infected with staphylococcus bacteria.

synonyms: boil, sore, abscess, pustule, wen;

2. a bright red gem, in particular a garnet cut en cabochon.
A carbuncle or escarbuncle is a heraldic charge or bearing consisting of eight radii, rods or spokes, four of which make a common cross and the other four a saltire. They can be adorned with irises with a gemstone in the centre. [1] The name may therefore be a reference to a carbuncle gemstone.

As presented in Book of Imaginary Beings
Carbuncle
This creature was alleged to be seen in Latin America. Legends say the Carbuncle has some sort of jewel on its head.

And the most important:
Carbuncle, a summoned creature in Final Fantasy.

Sorry for being so off topic lol
