The trial was opened accusing her of trade theft, muggy received the cards along with evidence suggesting that they were in fact sent before the trial was opened, she left, from what I can tell, because she was bullied out of the forum by said wolves publicly and I suspect by pm, and personally I believe she deserves an apology
The cards were dated for when the trial started against her and it said "this is not Cynthia's fault"

I can appreciate you trying to stand up for someone who you may feel was wronged. If you look in muggs trial I also suggested people to bring up their own trial. So it would not be a pile up on someone. But and it's a big but here. How is it that s/he always happened to 1up everyone. Innistrad just went up in price two hours later they found one for a discounted price. Zendikar block goes up in price they just happened to have a box of each sealed to sell over eBay price that night. Someone mentions give mind in an edh deck. Their new modern hive mind deck is killing everyone. The Facebook page. Sparkle had a huge wedding with all these friend but only 3 people on Facebook. Sorry too much bull .poo.. I could be completely wrong. But I'm willing to bet a decent chunk of change that sparkle was some high school attention lady (jkjk had to do it). I've been on the internet for too long and seen this before and will see it again.

Nobellama, I believe the point is that if someone is making outrageous claims, we are well within our rights to say 'that seems unlikely, until I see proof I won't believe it'. And when it happens over and over and over again, it does become annoying because I, for one, get sick of bullshit rather quickly. As long as you are not overly offensive about requesting proof, I don't see the problem. And when it seems like someone is continually trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes, or take advantage of people, the line has to be drawn. Whether it was drawn in a respectful manner in this case, is not my place to say. But I don't think it's against anyone's legitimate interests to draw that line.
