Guys, I need your help on how to go about this.
Summary: There's this girl I've known since about 1st grade, and she's been in at least one class with me every year since, we do a few school clubs together, and I like her, and I don't know if she likes me back (I'll find out eh (According to This Article] (http://www.wikihow.com/Ask-a-Girl-Out) she might) and so I wanted to ask her out. But, I don't know how to go about doing it in the best manner posible. If more information is needed about her I will provide.
In short: I want to know the best way to ask her out.
Things to remember:
We're in 7th grade. We're both 13.

sophomore in high school standpoint of view - dont try for a super "cute" way of asking her out otherwise she will get creeped out or something dont do it over a text but just casually bring it up " ive know you for a super long time and i was hoping for a little kore from you" something along those kinda lines but i have the same problem nice girl i know but friendzoned haha idk what do you think?

I would say when you two are alone just ask her to do something you both can enjoy(movie , theme park, arcade, what ever) including you want to be just you two. IMO it sucks to get shot down but it sucks more to not know.

Thee aren't many things like that in walking distance and my parents can never drive me places... Smart though, what would you substitute?

1) best of luck to Mishra! There's some good advice strewn about here for ya, and the link you posted is a pretty good guideline for how to ask. Not sure how accurate the "know if she's into you" part is, because if that's how it it, the girl at my lgs is showing signs of being interested in me. Yeah, right, cute gamer girl that knows magic and stuff actively wanting me? Sure, that's how my life goes. I also crap $100 bills and can conjure Chinese food with my mind.
...wait, what was I talking about? Oh, right. Just don't get too swept up in the "omg does she like me? I think she likes me but does she?" Internal dialogue. You'll drive yourself crazy. It's best to just find out! The worst that will happen is she'll stay your friend.
2) the pictures on that wiki-how crack me up. I particularly enjoyed the "cool guy pose" with "cool guy wind" one. It's nice to see a sense if humor along with it.
3) yeah, probably shouldn't murder your parents :P I'm not going to support lying to them (I don't believe in lying). It's important to respect their wishes, they are just trying to look out for you. But they will need to accept that you're growing up. Try reasoning with them first. Kind of a "mom, dad, I'm growing up, I'm going to date girls, and I'd like to do it with your support rather than hiding it from you because you refuse to let me" kind of talk.

Next time you guys are hangin out, start up a funny conversation, while in laughter ease in the question "hey do you want to go hang out tonight" if she says yes, go out to the dollar store and get a few bags of bouncy balls, put them in a bucket and take them with you guys. Take her on a walk to the nearest parking garage and go to the top, when you get there ask her if she wants to throw them off the garage, than for every ball you each throw share something personal about yourself. Than after you both throw a few balls and say a few things about yourselves, tell her how you feel about her.

Growing up I always wanted to do this with someone, it was my idea of "the perfect date" I never got to do it with anyone. I think it's a very fun and creative way to not only get to know a person you like better but a way to let them know.
What i would do is make her a sweet little poem. And at the end ask her on a small little diner. If you give me enough info i can help you with that. But make it simple and sweet women fall for that. But otherwise just be simple nice. Im a junior in high school acting like im in 7th grade so mentally I think were on the same level. But good luck man with whatever you do.
