This should almost definitely be moved to casual. The only semi-viable mono-green deck in modern is devotion, which looks nothing like this.

It usually has between 7-9 mana on turn 3-4. Its a good face up against tron

I just want ways to make it into a great modern mana ramp while keeping it Mono-Green

Well then {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx}-based ramp would be the best option. Here's the primer on it:

I ran some edits on the decklist. Is that any better?

It's better, but you still need 4 {utopia sprawl} in place of {llanowar elves}. I'd drop all of the useless 1-ofs like {elbrus, the binding blade} and {elderscale wurm} for better wincons like {primeval titan} and ways to find them like {primal command}. Another {garruk, primal hunter} would help, and if you add in {sylvan scrying} to find nykthos, cards like {leatherback baloth} and {predator ooze} can be really good. Hope that helps!

I prefer the {Llanowar Elves} over {Utopia Sprawl} because of my {Elvish Archdruids}

{elvish archdruids} produce significantly less mana than {utopia sprawl} since you can chain together land untapping effects, which also synergize with {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx}

T1 {Arbor elf}
T2 {utopia sprawl} into {garruk wildspeaker} into tons of value

Usually its turn 1 Arbor elf turn two Archdruid then turn three loads of elves into Giant Adephage

If you are dead set on keeping the elves, make it tribal elves.

This. Also, why {giant adephage}? You can do a lot better, like {wurmcoil engine} or {karn liberated}.

I'm assuming budgets, but people don't seem to know that modern is expensive.

Giant adephage is good early. I get him out on turn three or four and then get a ton of them quickly

Then you've been playing casual, not modern. In modern, your opponent will simply {Terminate} your creature before you get anywhere with it.

my metagame is mostly tron so my green deck is working really well there. I can pull stuff out just as fast as they can

What kind of tron? Competitive tron decks will just use {Karn} or {Oblivion Stone} to wipe your field before you can attack.

It can't be too compete tube seeing as how he has  no sideboard for this deck.

Notes:

Disclaimer: Yes, this is a net deck (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/rc/276), but this is more of what a mono colored deck should look like in modern.  Not to sound too standoffish, but if you aren't willing to shell out a few hundred dollars on a deck, then competitive modern probably isn't for you.

In the end, a lot of decks look like the others it shares a type with. There is a reason for this.
