Here is a sticky thread for currently standard combos. This will be unstickied and replaced on rotation.
{archangel of thune} + {fathom mage} + {horizon chimera}
{Elite Arcanust} {Triton Tactics} {Zur Taah Druid}
{Medomai the Ageless} {Illusionists Bracers} {Strionic Resonator} times 4 {Artisan of Forms} and any instant for a ton of turns. Five turns are obvious. Medomai hits then Strionic resonators get activated for 5 extra turns. The rest of them might not be so obvious. Equip the Illusionists Bracers to the Artisan. You swing with the Artisan, then throw the instant at it and copy the Medomai. Then trigger all the crap again for an extra five turns after the five turns you had just gotten. So now you have a total of 9 more turns. If the opponent doesn't give up there I don't think they ever will...

{Elvish Mystic}
Now you have a potential for 3 mana turn 2!
{Phenax, God of Deception} + {Tower Defense} + {Duskmantle Guildmage}
{Jace, Memory Adept} 0 ability and {Duskmantle Guildmage} 1st ability (twice) for 20 life.
{Chromanticore} + {Civic Saber}
Not really a combo I guess but it's a pretty nifty synergy to make it a 9/4 for 1 mana
This isn't an intricate combo, but I've beat a number of people with {Master of Cruelties} and {Fate Unraveler}. Just drop their health to 1 and wait

Lotleth troll - underworld Cerberus - xenagod - whip
Don't really need whip but most people forget cerb needs to have 3 blockers, using lotleth troll to discard it to GY
Having xenagos out allows for a 12 damage swing if you decide to bring back cerb with whip, usually ending the game

Add {Illusionist's Bracers} to Kiora's follower to make it infinite mana and exile combo.
{Prophetic Flamespeaker} and {Courser of Kruphix} Courser allowing you to see what could be played with Flamespeaker
Not a combo, just good synergy.
Possibility storm and eidolon of rhetoric, no ones playing anything after that

Hate to burst the bubble but it doesn't work like the ability on {Medomai the Ageless} states to take a turn after this one so even if u triggered it 20 times you would only get 1 extra turn

just to answer your ?, heroic, inspired, and constellation all say when ______ happens, do something, so they are all triggered abilities. they can all be copied with resonator.

{Scuttling Doom Engine}+ {Life's Legacy} if i need cards. Or {Scuttling Doom Engine}+ {Garruk, Apex Predator}'s -3 to heal myself. I have won games recently at FNM solely because of these.

That being said odds are if you have those two on the board you can close the game in a couple turns. Cruel, but good.

Really, I love the stormtide
I have a wall deck that generates a lot of mana and can usually get stormtide out in four to five turns. Short of a doom blade etc it's typically game over at that point. Great lockdown card

Throw it in with the midnight guard combo
Add pirogues and the new milling artifact for a win con
Speaking of mr. {stormtide leviathan}, during a booster draft, I had {jalira, master polymorphist}, sac'ed a 7/7 {chasm skulker}, and pulled stormy out, then played {obelisk of urd} next turn for squids. Kinda fell in love with booster drafts after that.
