How does it work?
Bazaar's ability can target any player, including yourself. The ability has no end, so if you steal someone's {Primeval Titan} with {Act of Treason}, then use the {Bazaar Trader}'s ability to give it to yourself, you won't have to give it back. Well, at the end of the game you do. ;)

Wasnt in it but it'd fit right in with with vedalken plotter! And more so since its colorless in a tri-color deck!
