Doesnt work. Minic vat does not CAST the creature, so Emrakul's CAST ability doesnt trigger.
Add {crystal shard} and {elvish piper} to the mix and you've got a party
Damn i thought it was an ETB

Again non viable, as the requirement is to be cast not put into play, elvish piper puts the creature into play.

However if you use a blue for {Crystal Shard}'s
ability you can untap your land next turn and cast again.
