Why the evolving wilds? The whole point of double lands is that they don't come in tapped when you need them. Plus you already have the set of other ones

I've been testing this and the evolving wilds r needed to make the mana base flawless. Without them u never seem to get what u need for land

Evolving wilds slow your deck, the double lands suffice enough, you do not need a flawless mana base to function. Synergy is more important.

Apple, if I may say, there are some players who always seem to have mana issues or want to have a solid foundation for their spells.. These players know what they need and how to get it done. I'm one of those players who absolutely hates getting mana screwed of one color or another in dual colored decks and I believe the creator of this deck also is one of those types of players.

I dunno, I'm kinda with guru here that if you replaced the four Wilds with two plains and two islands you'd speed things up. But then, if you've tried both and this is working for you...

If they always have mana issues even with a good mana base, it is because they shuffle badly, not their deck's fault. Others can make it work just the same

I agree on replacing the evolving wilds. I play U/W, and I don't use it. It actually hurts any U/W deck to use them since we need the available mana immediately. Do a five pile shuffle to help if you're having mana issues.

I agree power shuffling will guarantee you better draws and more even mana distribution
