Does {Deadeye Navigator} + {Zealous Conscripts} + {Gilded Lotus} = automatic victory?
It gives you lots of mana, but how are you planning on using it?
Use {Zealous Conscripts} to take all their permanents every turn

Hmm I see where you are going, you use the lotus to build an insane amount of mana until you don't need to 'flicker' it any more, then do it to all their permenants...
Possibly as you say, they may just concede, if they have hexproof stuff however it may be a bit harder...
Ah yeah thanks for bringing that up. I'll have to think of something for hexproof
Umm.... Gilded only works once per turn in less you have multiples out. This doesn't work. Also, this should be in Combos section.
And odds are they will board wipe if you take everything.
If you figure out something for hexproof let me know lol

I would like to see that happen

Overloaded {Cyclonic Rift} would do the trick for creatures as long as the player themselves wasn't hexproof
There is no real "automatic win" in magic: no matter what the combo, its always possible that your opponent has a response and/or answer that could stop you and/or keep the game going.
Even if you have a card like {laboratory maniac} that says "if you do this, you win the game," you can't just say "I'm doing this, I WIN!" Because an opponent responding with {Doom Blade} could turn your "I WIN" into "I LOSE!"

The trick is you flicker the lotus, it being an artifact allows you to tap it immediately and rinse, repeat.

No you flicker the conscripts and untap the lotus actually.

Haha yeah that's what I ment, sorry, too early in the morning.
If you have {Deadeye Navigator}, {Zealous Conscripts}, and {Gilded Lotus}, and your opponent has no way of interrupting your flicker effects, then you will win.
However, you will not auto-win. The only "auto-win" that can be achieved is by state being checked and a player winning and/or losing the game as a result. For instance, if an effect resolves that forces a player to draw, and he or she has no cards in library, state is checked and that player loses the game as a state-based action. If there is only one opponent, it is an auto-win.
Magic is a very literal game. Everything has a specific meaning. So even though the deadeye combo is like an "auto-win" (your opponent will scoop if you pull it off), it doesn't really make you win right away.
RESOLVED
I have played this combo 5 weeks running now and the easy answer is yes it's an auto win. However coffee is right. Also it takes a lot of thought and smart planning on how to auto win with this. I did it 4 times tonight. Ill post the deck i ran tonight and feel free to ask more on the supject in that thread.
I just love the flicker deck. So many really cool and fun combos to run.
