No all Artifacts are colorless. Most are, but check Shards of Alara block for a bunch of colored arties.

I've seen a lot of people say that card needs flash but it seems like that would make it way too good of a card. For an uncommon, at least.
Pfffft flash my ass. Those kids are just spoiled on snapcaster. They need to learn that not every blue 2 drop needs to be a wincon with flash :p
