Maybe take out 1 unbreathing horde and replace with army of damned

How do you plan on casting the stitched drake without exiling your own creatures?  I don't like that card unless there is a way to cheat him into play. Just my opinion. I know you aren't relying on bringing creatures back from the GY but you do have a few cards that can do it and you might need to choose between resurrecting a grave Titan or exiling it. Just a thought.

Ya i agree was thinkn about taken the drake out....u think.   Abattoir ghoul.     Would be a good replacment?

I think skinrender is a better 4 drop then abattoir ghoul.

Also drop the altar's reap. I didnt find it useful in a zombie deck until late game when you can sac a zombie token. I would remove 1-2 unbreathing hoard and add 2 army of the damned.

I would put in 4 more land. Also I would replace the Zombie Outlander with some zombie lords.
