You have Crystalline Sliver listed twice. I would suggest removing it altogether, as you don't want to be blocked from targeting your own slivers. Asceticism will serve you much better.

I've heard this said before and it's completely true. The Karoo lands aren't very good in edh because land destruction becomes a 2 for 1 for them. Guildgates would work better here

Off topic but I have one for trade.

Back on topic, this deck only really wants about 15 of the slivers. The rest should be ramp/counter/control/draw/wipe/tutor/win
