I couldn't agree more. Should I take Grand Architect out or put some artifacts in?
Oh no no no...... Grand architect only works with big artifacts. I suggest you split this deck into two. One that only uses illusions, and another which only uses grand architect. That way, you can get the full value for both these archetypes
Whoa whoa whoa whoa that grand architect is great for a mono blue aggro deck, maybe throw in some adaptive automaton too and he needs some of those stitched drakes for making more use of the graveyard

And some artifacts as well: 1 x Copper Carapace 1 x Phyrexian Juggernaut 4 x Razorfield Rhino 3 x Perilous Myr 1 x Bladed Pinions 1 x Sylvok Lifestaff 1 x Livewire Lash

So, what should I take out?
Sorry for the trouble, i'm really a newbie when it comes to MTG. Thanks for the tips.
I insist that you build one deck around lord of the unreal and another separate one for grand architect. Only being able to use half of it's abilities most of the time is undermining the value of it. I am not saying it doesnt work at all, I'm claiming that there are better uses for it. I will post a deck list here sometime
