You have no need for the Glacial Fortress. I would recommend streamlining the deck a bit. Try to cut the Memnites. If you want to build a hardcore Illusion deck then there's another Illusion deck here called The Magic of Illusion that's worth looking. Another good place to look is the Illusions Primer over at MTGS.

Some days ago I posted here the event deck Illusionary Might. I've been told some tips over there and I've bought some cards, that's why I post the encamced version here. I couldn't agree more that some cards are useless, but this is the first time I try a blue deck. That's why I need your help. I don't know it's mechanics yet...
Spined Thopter is actually pretty good for this deck - it's basically aggro so a 2/1 flyer is fine in the deck. Add Grand Architect and he is a Sol Ring for artifacts as well as a 3/2 flyer.
So yeah, your most easiest thing to do is replacing your Glacial Fortress with an Island. Maybe you could add more Fortresses and maybe put in a Moorland Haunt.

What kind of fortresses?
And I think Moorland Haunt is useless is a sole blue deck...
No, it's not useless at all! Moorland haunts gets value out of things that your opponents wiped from your field. Those phantasmal images wont go to waste sitting there idle in the grave. It is definitely worth splashing some white for: glacial fortress seachrome coast
