I haven't done it myself but someone at FNM a couple weeks ago told me a prank his friend pulls on card shops that's pretty funny.

He goes to card shops with a pile of old cards, none in sleeves or anything and says "I'm thinking of selling these. What will you pay me for the lot?" What he doesn't mention is that there is a few mox gems and a black lotus casually slipped in there.

Apparently on top of the rather comical reactions to the lotus, they use it to tell whether the card shop's owner is trustworthy, honest, or will try to rip you off with a silent smile. They've gotten everything from "-gentle smile- I can give you $200 for the lot of them." to "Holy mother of God son, here, I will give you these hard plastic sleeves for free, PLEASE sleeve that lotus!"

Lol, i once saw someone trade in a foil sword of war and peace, and the shopkeeper gave him the trade in value of a normal one, and the guy just let it slip through his fingers without even noticing!

I also have always wanted to put a proxy liliana of the veil over a real one (print out a really high quality image of the card, and slipped it over the real ones in a deck) and see if anyone catches it. If they do just slip the proxy out and show the real card

I had one pulled on me.  I was delivering a pizza for me~n~eds and pulled up to deliver I was blocking the drive way cause I was just gonna be there a minute but I seen someone inside the car I was blocking so I backed up.  When I got off they got off too.  He was carrying a pizza bag and I told him "you're delivering here too". He stepped in front of me and started going nuts.  He slammed his bag on the ground and began shouting "you think this is a game.  I got a family to feed you're taking my business".  I started to back away and then a bunch of kids jumped out laughing from all over the place one had a camcorder they had recorded the whole thing.  They did tip me real good though

When I was in the Army we used to tell the young guys to go to the supply sergeant and get chem light batteries and grid squares.

Just to clarify for those not privy......chem lights are those glow sticks that you crack to light them up and grid squares are the squares on a map ;)

I was Infantry but I heard the truck driver and mechanic Army guys would tell their guys to get muffler bearings.....frickin pouges.......yea I just went there ๐Ÿ˜œ

I once went outside and poked holes in the bottoms of all the beer and pop cans in the house and let them all out so when people opened a can it was entirely empty. XD

My dorm hallway had ceilings that were grid designed with  deep pockets to dampen sound. I built a water ballon dropper, Attached it some peoples doors and duct taped it to the ceiling. All I have to say is, why did this happen before camera phones.

My friend is a police officer in the county I live in. I tell him I got a really good idea. He lends me his uniform and badge and gun.  I come up to a house having a party. A bunch of teenage kids who pick on my lil bro. I knock on the door and ask to see the parents. The kids start scrambling. I yelled "we have the house surrounded, do not leave the house or you will be shot!" and i pointed the gun at them (not even a magazine in there). everyone gets on the ground and are ๐Ÿ’ฉing their pants. I go over to the tap and pour myself a beer. I start drinking and drinking and the kids are so freakin confused. Then my buddy comes in with his uniform ( exact same uniform and hair style and his shotgun). I look at him and I start running away. He starts chasing after me. We leave thru the back door. Apparently, the kid I pointed the gun to had freaking wet himself and threw up all over the place. My brother was so happy bc this kid was such a douche. I am so happy I didn't get in trouble. But it would have been so worth it.

Impersonating a police officer is a felony good thing you didn't get caught. You could get some real jail time for that
