Looking at it from a rg tron players view, it's awful. Seems legit for standard though
It's ok. Might see some play. Thing is, is that world breaker and Sundering Titan are both way better than Emmy. And that's where she'd slot in. But I'll be testing her a bit just to try
I like the, control the player then they get a normal turn. Play her, then on their turn make unfavorable attacks, cast their removal on their own creatures, you get the chance to really screw with the "mind"(hand) of your opponent(remember lore wise we, as players, are planeswakers). Afterwards they get the chance to recover from the brain scramble if they can.

Is it the best? No. But she sounds hell of fun.
I agree. Late game people tend to hold some good cards.
13/13 flying trample protection from Path, mindslaver for 7 or 8 mana
Lol what deck are you playing? . Tron at its absolute best would be casting for 8, IF they're already losing. Artifact, sorcery, instant if you play return, creature, planes walker, and that's if you're losing horribly, which if you've cast all those things you are not It'd probably be an 10 drop. Artifact creature sorcery. Still meh. Rather pay Kozilek the old one
3RG, 4/4. ETB or transform give target +4/+4. Transforms into 6/6, when transforms you may fight non-werewolf. https://twitter.com/wizards_magic/status/744984664117485568
1. The control is on cast. Which is fantastic if you're not playing reanimator. 2. Probably paying around 10 mama which is decent. 3. The protection is solid.
Coax from the Blind Eternities 2U Sorcery You may choose an Eldrazi card you own from outside the game or in exile, reveal that card, and put it into your hand.

Could it potentially let you run 8 of any eldrazi? Say, 4 Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger in the game and 4 out of it?

For competitive play, 'outside the game' means your sideboard, so you can still only have 4 copies between your main deck and sideboard.
