This is looking terrible for you the more you ignore his allegations. I can't see how this couldn't have been settled with a simple messages back and forth. I personally have nothing against you sparkle and want this to clear up as neatly as possible but the longer this goes on the more it's going to hurt you and the community in the end.Thank youSparkle ya need to reply or else the ban-hammer will happen

Then I posted trial.
Adding these in as evidence against sparkles claims that I have bombarded sparkle with messages.
Check the dates. Pretty well spaced out, also didnt ask about receiving "2 days after confirming trade" as sparkle described in this thread
I'm going to add the charge of lying to sparkles trial now as clearly I can't simply get a straight answer from this person. Just lies about everything. Your word is absolutely worth nothing to me anymore regardless the outcome of this case. I would prefer if liars like you keep away from our community.

... Well, that's pretty conclusive evidence. Sparkle, I think you should have an opportunity to defend/explain yourself before a decision is made on what to do.
As a personal aside, I suggest you actually either confess or explain yourself instead of avoiding it. Regardless of whether or not you are guilty (I will withold any personal opinion as to that for now) you need to give a more concrete explanatation.
No one is saying you need to leave, but you need to either defend that you are not guilty or explain/apologise for your lies and trade miscommunications. Once you do this we can proceed with some kind of judgement.
To everyone else:
It would make it easier to establish guilt/innocence and punishment if we keep the posts on these topics for now:
-examples of guilt
-arguments as to innocence of the accused
-claification of points/arguments/evidence
What I'm saying is, post things that contribute to this. Don't just say "ya i agree guilty" but contribute something to this debate.

I think everyone hear is venting on sparkle, myself included, because she tends to come across as either a liar, over exaggerator, or bragger. Neither of those three things garner many friends; thus the reason so many people are venting on her.
I can post a couple examples as well.....
