Sparkle Ninja : trade thief AND liar

So I can't tell but is this resolved yet or what's the deal? I'd hate to jump to any conclusions about fellow users.

Fair enough, sorry for that part, just wanting to make sure a persons personal rights were staying protected and no one was being sexist or intolerant, not pointing fingers, just heading off the mob...

I have no problem with a transgendered person, in fact, I have a second cousin who is fully transitioned. That aside; the questioning of sparkles integrity of what they post was the subject matter. I've been around the block enough to smell BS.

Sparkle exhibits behavior patterns similar to that of a child/minor: most trading problems with sending mail is usually due to someone being a minor and relying on their parents to send stuff. Not saying this is the case with all minors, but most bad transactions here are due to that.

Lying about a grandeur collection; playsets of alpha/beta and extra dual lands, but when asked to trade "Oh I just traded it yesterday and all I have is my playset"

It's obvious this person is a liar. The Internet has taught us when to question people's word for the actual truth. I'm pretty sure every person here has felt it at some point that sparkle has lied about something in sparkles daily life.

-the wedding that took place on a Monday/Tuesday with a booster box draft of zendikar or something? Where are the pictures?? I believe the draft lasted longer than the wedding?

-the cosplay pic is a pretty commonly circulated one on tumblr also, that's been around for quite some time

-someone writes an impressive pull post; sparkle replies with "I opened a vintage pack today of worldwake and got a fetch land and a a foil jace!!!!!"

It's all obvious bullshit.

And still I said to myself, maybe this kid is just trying to figure themselves out, whatever, as long as the person is truthful about trade transactions, there shouldn't be any real problem.

I was to receive 2 champion of the parish, 1 Thalia and some other thing. Which I actually needed; clearly sparkle is making a themed deck for a full playset of urza lands.

Now for a playset of each Urza Land and a Glissa that sparkle had messaged me multiple times to trade out, this person has tarnished their reputation, possible irreversibly.

This person continues to post here without acknowledging any messages I ever sent. Im pretty tolerant and easy going, but the second I know you're trying to dupe me; I will open a can of whoop ass on you.

Liars will be found and called out in this forum as long as I'm around.

We moderators have been discussing/support this claim. SparkleNinja has told numerous lies, and thank you for explaining them so well, MW.

At the very least Sparkle has flagrantly broken the law of "Do Not Lie", regardless of trade incidents.

You still need to respond to the other things he's accused you of, please. He can choose to lift charges on you in regards to your trade problem when he chooses (and I'm assuming when he receives will be the time he chooses to do so) but you stand accused of a bit more than just trade problems right now.

When it comes to a trade, frequent messaging is not pestering. Trading over the internet is a somewhat delicate process, because, even if it's a trusted trader, it might not get to it's destination. Constant communication puts people at ease and makes them more likely to trade with you. If you're in all the time, like myself, writing a simple message shouldn't take any time or effort. It's a simple thing.

This sounds like you're sending out the stuff this week. I even asked you for the honesty of having not sent. I PM'd you pretty spread out until you clearly started to ignore me. Don't make agreements with people you cannot keep
