Summary: Agreed upon trade and user has not delivered.
Preliminary Evidence:
Agreed upon trade, sparkle says their end was sent, then sent again as there is postal issues. This was my 2nd flag, first being the "thanks for sending first, ill send my end now" message after I assumed we both sent our ends.
I allowed time for sparkles end to arrive, then started to pm this last week about the whereabouts, sparkle ignored multiple PMs and feigns ignorance about not receiving messages but has done nothing to acknowledge the missing cards. I even asked sparkle to admit to not having sent the cards yet, and was just lagging, I just wanted the truth.
It's $12 worth of cards and this user has been spouting BS since day 1 of their presence on this forum, from having every card/sealed booster box/winning every game and opening every super pack. It's been so obvious and we as a community have tolerated it loosely.
Now stealing from another user from the trade forum is another thing. The trade forum is the last place for honest trades and this person found their personal greed for some cards more important than an agreement they made. Users like this are parasites to our community that we must remove permanently.

Oh god I just got these so I apologise for not responding to them. Also I sent two of the sane package to you recently Hoping one would make it. I have been having trouble with the postal service where I am but I don't have time to go anywhere else.
And now the latest messages "I swear I just got the message!" Yet this person is on the app every day. I haven't smelt BS this bad since passing a cow farm on the I-5 fwy

She has posted that she was born male and has undergone transition to what she feels is the accurate external reflection of her inner self, not trying to take sides guys but a persons gender has nothing to do with their trust worthiness or mentality, it is merely an after the fact judgement as we know that other girls on here are perfectly wonderful traders. I'm a tolerant person but leave gender at the door when judging a person please...
As for her presence on the forums, Cynthia has made many claims about cards and sealed boxes but we have never had evidence to confirm nor doubt her possession there of nor any reason to demand proof. Sure, she can be a bit standoffish at times but even I can be and I'm pretty laid back so again no judgment there.
As to trades, these I am super strict on, if she has slighted you then she needs to answer this.
As to people "having trouble with the post office" quit putting .poo. in your mail box with a stamp and hoping it works! Take that .poo. to the post office, wait in the .loving. line and talk to the worker and get them to weigh it, and accept your money and stamp it. Once it is stamped it is theirs to deal with and your cleared. That's why they have people there at the post office, peace of mind. There are 5 ways for your package to not get shipped between your hands and the post office if you stick it in your mail box, let's remove some of the probability and be honest in your trades.

Gender doesn't have anything to do with it we (rather I) was just pointing out that I thought that they lied about gender therefore what else have they lied about
