Shepard, biotic tech soldier guy

CMC reaper blood and RU

Legendary Soldier

Shepard, biotic tech soldier guy, has protection from everything except whorish asaris.

If anything would cause Shepard, biotic tech soldier guy, to leave the battlefield, that players controller may choose between kicking someone through a window or giving someone a hug. If it's controller chose to kick someone through a window, you gain renegade points and may put any card from your hand onto the battlefield without paying its mana cost. If its controller chose to hug someone, you gain an emblem which states "I like little boys and own an ice cream truck." Whenever a player draws a card, you must say this phrase.

Whenever (Even More) Forced Worship is cast from a graveyard, do not exile it. Instead, put it back into its owner's graveyard.

I'm having quite a bit of fun with these.

Limne, Parasite of Death           BBBB

Legendary Creature - Zombie Sliver Horror

First Strike, Deathtouch, Shroud

Limne, Parasite of Death is unblockable.

When Limne, Parasite of Death deals combat damage to a player, destroy target creature that player controls. It can't be regenerated.

When Limne leaves play, destroy all nonland permanents. They can't be regenerated. (This effect can remove indestructible creatures from play.)

You may cast Limne, Parasite of Death from your graveyard. If you do, sacrifice a permanent as an additional cost to cast Limne.

Envelope (If any source would deal damage to you, it is dealt to Bwug, the Hater Skater instead. This damage is not redirected. If any source an opponent controls would target you, it targets Bwug, the Skater Hater instead.)

You feelin lucky, Punk?

Instant

CMC 2U

Search your library for all non-land permanents and seperate them into three piles at random.  Target opponent shuffles each pile. Target player reveals the top card of each pile. If two or more cards are creatures and share a creature type, put all creatures in all piles onto the battlefield this way. If two or more cards are artifacts or enchantments and share a converted mana cost, put all artifacts or enchantments in all piles onto the battlefield if they share the same card type.
Shuffle all remaining cards back into players library.

"It's just the luck of the draw"

I was thinkin of calling is Saint Traft's Staff but an Edict could be something written and therefore meet the criteria of an artifact.  Vensers journal for example

Saint Traft's Staff sounds pretty dirty.  LOL  I know what you're driving at, but it feels similar to a decree or law.  (Decree of Savagery, Diabolic Edict, or Chainer's Edict are all what I'm basing this on.)  None of this really matters, though.  I still love it.
