Oh man, that made the game so tense!

I loved ante. The reasoning behind it at the time made sense too. Was such a different time in the game.

I haven't ever introduced myself, so here it goes.
My name is Jacob, and I have been playing Magic for about 6 months.
I have already won 5 tournaments (not FNM) and lost more than I can count.
Right now, my trade binder is worth about $100, but I need to update it.
I do have a phone number and an email, but I will keep those private.
For those who want to know, I live in Texas.

If you wanted to win you had to have THE cards or have a crazy deck.  I do like how they have tightened up the game now though.

Hello! My real name is David. I have been playing Magic on and off again since 4th. Edition. Really got back into it during M12 and through Duels 2012+ games. My name is Doug. Im 20 years old. Most people know me by Jesus because I have god-like long hair and a beard. I used to collect Pokémon cards when I was younger, so one day I decided to get some Magic cards, thought they were pretty, and got a few boosters worth. Years later, I learned how to play and am now borderline obsessed and host local tournaments occasionally. I currently write, play, and perform music with a number of different bands. Yup! 👍

Besides magic, I play a lot of music. I'm a percussionist in my school's wind ensemble, drum set player in jazz band, and drumline captain/section leader. I'm pretty easy going, and not too awful hard to get along with 😁

My name is Jonathan Bauerlein. I am 17 years old. Hello! I started playing magic around the time thor 2 came out. I have spent way too much on it but it has been totally worth it! Also, I really want to go to Germany for a year (I applied to the CBYX) and have an awesome time. I am in the Boy Scouts and a smidge away from Eagle. And I play the viola with the Buffalo Suzuki Strings

My name is Clay, Remillo, Remi, whatever you want to call me.  I'm a 20-year-old college student working towards a BM in Music Composition in North Carolina.  I've been playing Magic for...  A while now.  I first started during original Ravnica, figured out what I was doing during Lorwyn, then took a break until Avacyn Restored.  Then I came back and it's become a huge part of my life.  I got myself certified as an L1judge over the summer of 2013, joining my shop's incredibly high Judge-per-player ratio...  We often joke that we have the highest density of judges anywhere.  But all joking aside, I'd estimate that 1/4 to 1/3 of our regular players are certified.  So yeah.

Anyways, I play mostly EDH with a bit of Legacy and Modern mixed in.  I also play in Vintage tournaments from time to time, though usually I just borrow whatever my friend Jon isn't playing that day.
