No offense, but I feel like in the future you should invest in tracking for every transaction. Reading through this mess, there are many inconsistencies with your stories.

There needs to be some sense of self accountability when trading online with people. A letter sent on the 21st would've obviously been mailed and received by now.

I think his attitude about the whole situation is what's bothering me.. I know it's in text and he might not be trying to come off like this, but his posts sound so rude about the whole situation. If you sounded just the least bit sincere about it, whether the cards got lost or you just failed to ship cards, it'd just be a little easier for people to deal with how much time this whole thing is taking. Stop making sarcastic posts.

Agreed. Why bring up the fact "I haven't broken any US laws"?? Clearly that sounds like someone who has no remorse for the situation.

Perhaps no physical law has been broken, but there is a morality law that has definitely been.

Let's get the pitch forks and torches...... Really seems like he is becoming a lightning rod for a lot of unnecessary posts. This should be a dead topic and him put on the untrustworthy trader. That's just how I see it. Figured I might as well toss in my two cents since it got to 11 pages.

Really, the only people who should have a right to get their back up at this point is Imthelolrus and maybe Moneekaah by extension and as you can see, they are quite civil about it.

Mlerner is young, yet to master social cues and navigation, hell I know 30yrs olds who are worse. He is learning/has learned. I'm not justifying his actions or backing him up (as I was a Victim of this trial once upon a time too), but I am saying this trial doesn't need anymore hostility especially if the remaining victim/s are passive about the situation.

Let the mods deal with it, we'll ascertain whether Untrustworthy Traders is the right course of action or just warnings considering the victims who HAVE received their ends also receive some rad extras (not speaking for each).

So to reiterate (many) of my past posts on this thread: just chill people. You know not to Trade with him or to trade at your own discretion. The end.

PS Tracking is becoming almost a mandatory thing when trading through mail; agreed. Whose to verify I actually received my end and an now saying I didn't to receive more. It works both ways, therefore, tracking is a must.

Which was in jest.  The "send him to juvie" part anyhow.  I just want to see something done about situations like these.  I have had no personal dealings with mlerner12, but he has shown a blatant disregard for the rules and this community.  The fact that, after a trial was opened, he has squirmed around the truth and made partial amends does not forgive the offense.

Have you read the trial? He HAS apologized and cards HAVE been sent out to most people for sure. The only exception is thelolrus and that is(supposedly) getting taken care of.
