I would like to open a trial against Mlerner12.

user accused: Mlerner12
Victims: Nyghthawk, Arbitratur, Spikepit, imthelolrus, whitedrake

He has won his share of cards in the "5 rare giveaway" and has not sent out cards to the winners of 2 of his contests, myself being one of the winners, and Nyghthawk being the other.

He claimed to me that he sent out his end numerous times so i started to think maybe it legitimately got lost in the mail, then when I found out Nyghthawk had not received his cards either from him I put two and two together.

Again I contacted him and he told me that he thought he sent them out but apparently "must of forgot" all of a sudden. So he says to me that he sent out "for real" this time.... Well that was 2 1/2 weeks ago, still no cards...

Now I realize that it was not a straight up trade but the way the game works is that you receive cards from winning, then you send out cards to the next winner, I have sent my cards out and he has gained at least 10 rares by STEALING THEM!

Now for someone who is so quick to post all over these forums, you would think he would have the decency not to steal cards from other people, especially since he's seen what's happened to the previous people.

I only live a couple states over from him so it should not take this long to receive the cards, I got cards from Canada faster than that...

It's not right, and would like to see the cards that we were promised get to us.

That's funny, the contest I won was hosted from the same person, Mlerner12. And I still have not received my cards, this is now close to a month ago, he claims he sent them out but now you say this... I'm starting to get a feeling he is collecting cards from contests and then not sending his end out... I have all the PM's between me and him....

Dude that's really kinda messed up... You claimed to me over and over again that you sent the cards Which I now know that you were lying to my face. And now because you got caught you are Finally going to send your end. You can't accept into a contest and receive cards and then not follow the rules and not send your end... Because you are active on these forums I will choose to overlook this If I do in fact receive my cards But if not I'm just forewarning you that we will take you to trial And I will post everything that you messaged me About claims that you have sent me my cards. I hope this is a lesson to you that crime does not pay...

Also don't forget that you owe Nyghthawk cards... And please don't ever do this to someone again!

You said you sent out Nov. 19th
It is now Dec. 6th

That is 17 days....



And if you want to get technical I won on Nov. 22, that's 6 1/2 weeks... I think that's more than enough time to send...

I guess that was a different trade, and probably meant to send that to someone else. If you want, you can ban me. I'm fine with that, but I swear to any and all gods in any and all religions I sent out the cards.
