I hate it when Templars.Just dont be on your phone? I turn my phone off once I clock in and only on breaks. You get paid to work not be on your phone.
I also hate it when a potential place of work that I've been at for one day decides to not take me back cause one of the supervisors saw me on my phone to send a quick text.

But at the end of the day you get paid to work. Idk how many angry messages ive had because I dont use my phone at work. My marriage is important but at the end of the day if yii get fired or let go because you're arguing via text how many more problems will that create.
