No not by any means...quite frankly what can be expected of you in this situation? Ban him? Nah it seems as if he's banned himself. I was just stating that it doesn't have to be imtg law for it to be morally right. I'm half asleep tho and don't really want to get into this can of worms right now.

True what Piotr said could be seen as rude. However, we can't just drive over to the accuseds home, beat the hell out of him and take back the property that was supposedly taken. This is a forum (all be it a very nice one) that has little control. Should they ban him prior to his response? Judge him as guilty before a true trial? Perhaps he did in fact agree to a trade, then steal said cards without sending. If so, he is a thief. But remember there is no way anyone can help from here. Sorry for the mini rant but Piotr is completely right. And if he sounds rude, that is his right as well.
While we are unable to confirm or confront Mrkyl20 about this accusation (which is pathetic and deplorable if true), he's been given ample time to defend himself and failed to do so. I have added him to untrusted traders post. I shall consider him a thief and dirtbag, personally. If he ever shows up to defend himself, we can talk, but it's looking like blatant thievery to me at this point.
If anyone objects to my decision to add him as untrustworthy and declare him a petty thief, please speak up. I feel this that people ripped off deserve at least some action, and this is what is within my ability to do.
That is up to the people who were stolen from. You can contact a lawyer and discuss your legal options. This was discussed in more detail in All Mana's trial, if you care to read more about these legal options.
It is not recommended that you contact him directly, calling him could be seen as harassment or menacing. If you want to contact him, do it through a lawyer. Protect yourselves from any possibly repercussions.
