Are you braindead? Agreements must be kept. Whatever trades you agreed upon, you have to deliver.

What if I don't have his end?  Do I get free cards, or do we just say no trade.  I figured we'd just do no trade, but it sounds like it would be expected for him to still deliver. 

Whatever you want, man. If youre waiting on him to send first, it's your discretion on whether you want to continue with the trade or not. Just let him know before he sends.

All mana told me by pm that he had the cards but didn't mail before vacation cause he had no stamps. I offered to mail him some and he responded with a laugh and goofy face. Now he has gone from two week vacation to a unemployed family in distress When pushed.  His words and apologies remain empty. I say extend him 1 week to aug. 8.

2 Sundays from now. I will see that date and then add 2 weeks on it. That'll be my timer. Hopefully that works out for you guys

Ok, that sounds good. But I'm still putting a date on it so I actually do send.

Sooner than a month. I haven't lost any cards, and getting very frustrated. I can only imagine how the people who are missing what they are owed feel.

If you didn't send your end, I wouldn't bother trading with that guy, just cancel. Trade with someone who do not lie instead.

Yes. A month in my case doubles the time I've already been waiting.

I think all mana should be banned for lieing and stealing after he returns the cards he has done multiple offenses

Banning is easily worked around by criminals. It is not a recommended punishment.

Aren't ip bans a thing? That's a little more serious.

A quick Google search and five minutes later you can have a new, unbanned IP address. We witnessed this already.
