What happened was I posted on his homepage saying he didn't ship for a while after he got my end (because it was postmarked 6 days ago and he said he got it more than 6 days ago, like 15) and then we both felt like we were being accused so we kept on going. (I thought I was only defending myself and not accusing). Then we discussed in Pam's and decided that the mailman went through both ends of the mail.  The mailman even ripped open the envelope, took the hard plastic sleeve and taped it back up with duct tape. Supposedly.

Regardless, I only reported because I thought people should know that he was doing what he was.  But now I know that's it was just a lack of communication.

I would just ask Slenderbro to be slightly more polite, even if he's frustrated (not referring to now, referring to when we were trading) and communicate more.  I had no idea that the cards arrived dog eared

Better communication is a must, and yeah i kinda started to be a jerk srry bout that.

These are the posts you should stick to. Being humble and agreeing that steps should be taken to better things is a must. In my mind you just proved you COULD change (not have per say yet, but getting better). My previous opinion if you was not very great, but keep this up and I can see you as a nice contributing member.

Btw whoever pinged tasby for putting his side of the resolution in, that was completely unnecessary, js.

I did not ping him for putting his side of te conversation. I pinged him because I somewhat dislike him, but mostly because I dislike him saying that he did not realize he was accusing, only defending himself. His attitude was of harassment, and I think he is either lying by saying that, or just being somewhat ignorant. My ping wasn't unnecessary, it was a show of my opinion and personal bias. Although I did +1 you, slender, it wasn't even because of the trial situation. It was just because of you staying cool when someone said you got unreasonable pings, if I could I would deal punishment to both involved in this trial, but according to the forum rule I am not a victim, therefore cannot prescribe punishment. I also think deleting posts is a bad solution, other users should have the right to see that you guys have/had a tendency to childish behavior and maybe have some problems in some trades. It would be better to have a simple apology posted underneath. And you really care too much about karma... It is just a number, in an Internet forum, which doesn't represent anything in your life

BTW, something is strange. I remember you were -10 when I liked your post (it even changed to -9). Then, on te karma log, there is only one karma action after mine, which is a like as well, and you are at -10 again?

I noticed this as well, wierd.

No, i'm not going to submit to the untrustworthy list. Why? Because i'm not untrustworthy. I have multiple successful trades that i'm sure would vouch here.

Tasby and i have exchanged pms now and we think something happened to both of our ends in the mail, because i believe he packaged it correctly, but it didnt come in that way. And i sent mine the second i got his end, and it gets to him 2 weeks later.

I live across the country from him, but we have a theory that something happened in the mail.
