Preliminary Evidence: quote from Slenderbro "I can make up bull.poo. too. Remove all messages from both my page and your page and i will do the same.

I had a bad trade with Slenderbro, and posted a message on his home page pretty much saying
"I would advise not trading with slenderbro because he doesn't send within a reasonable amount of time."
And then he started going off at me, making stuff up.  He posted lies on my homepage (and his) about how I "didn't package them correctly, the cards came dog eared".  My evidence for them being lies is he messaged me and admitted they were lies.  (See preliminary evidence)

So, Slenderbro hasn't changed at all.  He been trolling my page just because I left an unsatisfactory review, and has lied repeatedly just to try and get back at me.  I am not going to request a punishment.  I will leave that in the hands of other people. (If they even want to).  I just wanted to bring this case to light.

I apologize for not keeping the messages from our trade for evidence.  In that, I messed up.  I will keep all of my messages from now on.

None of that is true, he typed out the prelim evidence, the cards came messed up, and i sent him extra stuff in return as compensation for me messing up in my inventory of cards.

The original trade was a temple garden for the melek promo. Forgetting i promised my temple garden to silent. I asked him what we should do about it, and he asked for my resto for it. I declined. I said that i was just going to send it back with a few foils for the inconvenience, which i wish i had done, because now he is flaming my private page with lies.

Hasnt changed? I've been trying for around a week now to get out of neg karma, but people like you make that kinda hard.

The card actually did come in messed up, but i decided to blow it off because you were a nice guy. But now that you flame my page with lies i think everyone should know how bad your card came in.

Just resolve this, there is no evidence, and therefore no case against me.

I understand being accused in trials must be frustrating, but please keep the language pg9 here, too. Thanks! -G

This is true. Without time stamped quotes from PMs between you two, you have no evidence. As I said on someone's page (forgot exactly which one,) no cards were lost, so there is no victim. I highly advise both parties to remove any derogatory posts towards the other and to just never trade with each other again. Simple as that.

It's fine. Slowly but surely i'm getting out of neg. i was at -23, now i'm at -10; i'm getting there :-)

Seeking a resolution to this whole thing is the objective. If both parties are satisfied with Mike's conclusion, then I motion to resolve this case based on "removing negative comments about one another".

While I believe fully that Slenderbro should submit himself to a list of untrustworthy traders based on untimely shipping, reneging on trades and otherwise being combative when contacted - with an insistence on censoring/deleting posts. Trading is done at ones own risk, and thus "caveat emptor" is at play.

For Taysby, he did not prescribe a sentence, nor provide the proper evidence necessary to convict someone. I may be corrected, but I'm not aware of a specific way to lose a Private Message (althought one may exist, it has no bearing exactly). The truthfulness of his claim are vacuous.

Tasby and i have exchanged pms now and we think something happened to both of our ends in the mail, because i believe he packaged it correctly, but it didnt come in that way. And i sent mine the second i got his end, and it gets to him 2 weeks later.

I live across the country from him, but we have a theory that something happened in the mail.

Thank you for not fighting about this in an immature fashion like you were.  You have gone from 5 year olds, to 21 year olds.  Which is a major improvement. 

Please do this in the future, because it is a lot better than "yelling" at each other.

What happened was I posted on his homepage saying he didn't ship for a while after he got my end (because it was postmarked 6 days ago and he said he got it more than 6 days ago, like 15) and then we both felt like we were being accused so we kept on going. (I thought I was only defending myself and not accusing). Then we discussed in Pam's and decided that the mailman went through both ends of the mail.  The mailman even ripped open the envelope, took the hard plastic sleeve and taped it back up with duct tape. Supposedly.

Regardless, I only reported because I thought people should know that he was doing what he was.  But now I know that's it was just a lack of communication.

I would just ask Slenderbro to be slightly more polite, even if he's frustrated (not referring to now, referring to when we were trading) and communicate more.  I had no idea that the cards arrived dog eared

Better communication is a must, and yeah i kinda started to be a jerk srry bout that.
