Today at my game the ball was pitched and it nailed me right on my nose. It broke the hemlet and knocked it clean off my head. So what I do, pick up the broken helmet put it on and start to run to first base.
I tore something in my lower back and never discovered what it was haha. Just did PT for 2 years and went right on like nothing happened, but it still aches 4 years later.
I fence... I probably don't need to say more! Poking each other with rapiers generally leads to injury. I've broken ribs more times than I can count, and my knees will probably never be the same. They ache quite a bit. Regardless, I love the sport and don't plan to stop any time soon!
Broke my left ankle playing Volleyball in a school gym class in about 8th grade.
I have had my nose broken around 10 times. Most through dumb crap but once in baseball (helmet off as a catcher and the guy hit me in the face when he crashed me) and twice playing pick-up basketball games.
Also thanks to being a catcher my knees are shot.
Had a ton of other broken bones. Not fragile just insanely reckless in my youth.
I was jumping rope once in bare feet with a plastic jump rope. I hit my big toe with the rope and chipped the bone. I couldn't bend it at all without it hurting. I had to go into surgery to get it removed after I had like 10 x rays and an MRI.

So you're missing a toe??? Holy fack
No, the piece of chipped bone had to be removed. It was just a tiny piece.
