Currently in the process of building this, would live some suggestions. I'm thinking of adding  Elspeth, Knight-Errant to the deck, but not entirely sure, would love more board whipes and tutors.

If recommend that you add  Serra Ascendant and Mother of Runes for sure. And if you're running  Sovereigns of Lost Alara, you'll want to add won cons like  Eldrazi Conscription and  Corrupted Conscience. A Rafiq deck can be very brutal very fast. I'm on my way to work but will have more recommendations tomorrow! Looks good so far!
